Bore Place Chiddingstone Kent
During a 3-night stay at Bore Place, in the beautiful Kent countryside, you will enjoy 2 days of instructor-led and workshop-style classes of bodyweight practices including Animal Flow, Functional Range Conditioning, breathwork, meditation, and more. There is also time to relax, explore the gorgeous area or just chill and have some downtime.

Starting Monday evening and ending on Thursday morning.

Originally from Stirling, Scotland, David moved to London at the age of 18 to study Dance and Theatre Performance at Bird College. Since graduating in 2010 he has been lucky enough to perform in the West End, throughout the UK, and abroad.
In 2019, David qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and shortly thereafter as a Certified Animal Flow Instructor. He now serves as a Regional Leader for the Animal Flow programme. David is also a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist and has a Level 3 in Adapting Exercise for Ante and Post Natal Clients.

Rachel believes movement is for everybody and enjoys coaching a wide range of people to achieve their health, fitness, and movement goals. Before studying to be a personal trainer Rachel trained and worked as a dancer which fired her passion for movement and gave her an eye for detail.
Having stumbled across Animal Flow 7 years ago Rachel fell in love with the modality and is now a level 2 Animal Flow instructor and Regional Leader. Having gone through a spinal injury and major back surgery she understands the roadblocks that can come with movement training, how it feels to start at the beginning, and the mindset required to deal with setbacks along the way. She loves celebrating the small wins with her clients and students with an emphasis on enjoying the whole process.

Jill changed her career in her early 50s and retrained as a personal trainer and animal flow coach. She loves working with clients and seeing them attain their fitness goals. Jill loves most aspects of fitness training, though her passion lies with Animal Flow.
In the last 2 years, Jill has focussed her own training, classes, and one-to-ones on teaching Animal Flow. It compliments so many other aspects of fitness and often ‘fills the gaps’ with other activities to improve body awareness, flexibility, strength, balance, and proprioception. Jill runs sessions online but also loves to teach face to face and outside.
Jill's main focus is on FUN.
